Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe — the same infrastructure used by Amazon, Google and Apple. Your card data is never stored on our servers.
Full payment orders are non-refundable. When you pay in full, your unit is immediately scheduled for production in the July/August 2026 batch — this guarantees your priority fulfillment but means we cannot cancel or reverse the order once placed. If your circumstances change, your payment converts to store credit for a future Cmax purchase. We recommend the $299 refundable deposit if you prefer flexibility.

What is the CMAX AIR X2?
CMAX AIR X2 is an inflatable portable AeroCabin designed for adventure, overlanding, emergency preparedness, and rapid deployment anywhere. Lightweight, compact, and ready in minutes.
How long does it take to inflate?
The AIR X2 can be fully deployed in just a few minutes using an electric or manual air pump through its front inflation valve.
Can it float on water?
Yes. The CMAX AIR X2 is designed with buoyant drop-stitch technology and can float during flood or water-based emergency situations. However, the AIR X2 is not a USCG-certified life-saving device or marine vessel. Users should always wear certified life jackets and follow local safety regulations when using the product on or near water.
How many people fit inside?
The AIR X2 comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 kids, offering panoramic views, ventilation, and a protected sleeping space.
Is it waterproof?
Absolutely. The structure is built using high-resistance waterproof materials designed for outdoor environments, rain, humidity, and emergency conditions.
Can I use it on a vehicle?
Yes. AIR X2 can be transported easily and can also be used with pickup trucks, rooftop platforms, trailers, and expedition setups.
What materials is it made from?
The AIR X2 uses reinforced drop-stitch technology with durable thermal welded seams, designed for rigidity, insulation, and long-term performance.
Is it only for emergencies?
No. AIR X2 was created as a multipurpose portable living system for camping, overlanding, fishing, glamping, expeditions, remote work, and flood preparedness.
How portable is it?
When deflated, the AIR X2 packs into a compact transport bag, making it easy to carry, store, and deploy almost anywhere.
When will orders ship?
Initial launch reservations are now open. Distribution is expected to begin in July 2026 depending on production scheduling and preorder demand.
